The Buyer Visibility Audit™ request form asks for your first name, last name, business email, company name, and company website. The contact form asks for your name, company name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. If you book a discovery meeting through our scheduling link, the scheduler collects your name, email, and the time you chose. We use this information to do the thing you asked for: prepare and email your audit, answer your message, or hold the meeting. We also keep it in our customer relationship management system so we have a record of our conversation with you. We may follow up by email or phone about your request. We do not add you to a newsletter or automated email sequence because you submitted a form. ## Information Collected Automatically Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies that collect some information automatically when you visit. We use three tools for this. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us how the site is used: which pages people visit, how long they stay, roughly where they are located (city or region level), what kind of device and browser they’re using, and how they arrived at the site. Google Analytics does not give us your name or email address. HubSpot tracking code sets a cookie that recognizes your browser on return visits and, if you later submit a form, connects your earlier visits to your contact record. This is how we know, for example, that someone who requested an audit had read the Investment page first. The site also records standard server information, such as your IP address, the pages requested, and the time of the request, which is used for security and to keep the site running. ## Cookies A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. This site uses cookies for the analytics and tracking described above, and HubSpot’s forms and meeting scheduler use cookies to work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on linked above. The site will still work either way, though some analytics won’t record your visit. ## Third-Party Services on This Site We use a small number of outside services to run the site, and each one may receive some of your information in the course of doing its job. HubSpot (forms, meeting scheduling, contact records, email, and visitor tracking). Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and the embedded map on the Contact page, which loads from Google Maps and is subject to Google’s privacy policy). Embedded video players that play the short videos on the site; the video host may set its own cookies when a video loads or plays. Our website hosting provider, which processes server logs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The services above process your information only to provide their service to us. ## How Long We Keep It Form submissions and contact records stay in our CRM for as long as we have a business reason to keep them, which usually means as long as you might be a client or prospect, plus a reasonable period after. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, which is the default we’ve set. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we’re required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason. ## Your Choices You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of it, or by replying and asking. If you are a resident of a state with a consumer privacy law, such as California or Minnesota, you may have additional rights under that law, including the right to know what information is collected and the right to opt out of its sale. We don’t sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that count, but the other rights apply and the email above is how to exercise them. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. ## Children This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we’ll delete it. ## Security The site is served over HTTPS, and the services we use to store your information maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us. ## Changes to This Policy If we change how we collect or use information, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top.
